Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible (Refund Policy will apply instead).

Cancellation by Store

• Runway reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or technical errors.

Refund on Cancellations

• Prepaid orders cancelled successfully will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
